Suggest a better descriptionRinse and chop olives. Remove cucumber seeds and chop into bite-sized pieces. Half cherry tomatoes or deseed and chop large sweet tomatoes. Chop basil leaves. Mix all ingredient in medium-sized bowl and let chill for 10 minutes or refrigerate overnight.
Goes really well with portabella mushroom burger with red peppers and corn on the cob.
