Suggest a better descriptionIn a large bowl combine cornstarch, soy sauce, 2 tbsp water and 1 tbsp of oil; mixing until smooth
Add beef and toss until well coated and set aside
Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well combined, then set aside
In wok add 1 tbsp oil, beef mixture, garlic and ginger
Stir fry 1-2 minutes
Remove beef with slotted spoon and keep warm
Add onion, green pepper, diced tomatoes and 4 tbsp water
Cover and cook for 2 minutes
Add beef mixture and sauce mixture
Bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes
Serve over rice
