Stir 1 cup of picante mixture, chicken, and cheese in a large bowl.
Divide chicken mixture among tortillas.
Roll the tortillas up, place seamside up in a 11x8 shallow baking dish.
Pour remaining picante sauce mixture over the top.
Bake at 350 for 40 min.
Top with tomato and onion.
