Suggest a better descriptionLayer potatoes in preheated baking dish. In a large glass measuring cup, combine stock, butter, garlic, salt and pepper; pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley. Bake in oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown.
