Suggest a better descriptionFollow preparation instructions on cake box and pour batter into a 13x9x2" greased and floured pan. In a separate bowl, mix 3/4 cup sugar, ricotta, 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract and 4 eggs. Pour ricotta mixture over the cake batter in the center only. Do not handle or mix once poured.
Bake at 350, 45 minutes. Meanwhile, mix 1/4 cup sugar with 2 tsp. cinnamon and set aside. After cake has baked 45 minutes remove from oven and evenly sprinkle top of cake with the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Return cake to oven and counting ue baking for 30 minutes. Allow to cool a before serving. Place any leftovers in refrigerator, but remember this cake is best served at room temperature.
