Make your own Fajita seasoning mix, it is so much better than those you buy, this is a tasty alternative to the bought ready-made spice mixes with goodness knows what in them. You can adjust the salt or heat this way, it's just as good on vegetables, and fish as it is with meat.
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl, Pour into a small glass or plastic container, seal tightly, and store in a cool, dry place.
