Lightly fried chicken with a lemon sauce
Pound chicken thin. Heat oil on med high. Salt and pepper cutlets, dip in flour, fry for 6 minutes or until done. Remove from heat, keep warm. Mix broth and lemon juice, pour into pan and heat until boiling in the same pan the chicken was cooked in. Stir and cook for about a minute, pour over chicken, serve.
