Simple French Toast recipe that yields good flavor.
Mix together the half-and-half, eggs, honey, and salt.
Preheat oven to 375. Soak bread in mixture, and remove to a cooling rack and allow to sit for 2 min
Over medium heat, melt butter in a nonstick pan. Place bread into the pan, top bread with cinnamon to taste, and cook until golden brown, approximately 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove and place on rack in the oven for 5 minutes. Serve immediately with maple syrup or whipped cream.
