Mom's apple cake family favorite
Stir together first three ingredients, add finely chopped apples
Mix dry ingredients together ( I am generous with cinnamon and vanilla)
add dry ingredients to egg mixture add nuts
pour into a 9x13 pan
back at 350 for 50 minutes
