A nice dessert in the fall.
Combine prepared apples and sugar in large mixing bowl; let stand 10 minutes. Sift flour; add soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice; set aside. Blend oil and egg into apple/ sugar mixture; add dry ingredients stirring just until blended. Fold in raisins and walnuts. Spread in an 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350? for 50-55 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
