2. Combine eggs, sugar and oil in a bowl; blend well. Gradually add flour, blend well. Stir in walnuts, apples, cinnamon and vanilla; blend well. Pour into prepared plan.
3. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan
