Chop up the scallions, hot peppers & onion (alternatively - cilantro and red pepper).
Heat oil on medium/high heat and fry the chopped ingredients. After a minute or so, add the garlic. After another minute or so, add the beans. Finally, add the hot sauce IF you didn't already add the hot peppers.
