My sister gave me this recipe. Light, sweet, fruit cups make a great side at breakfast or an anytime treat.
Mix fruit. Pour over sugar and water. Dish into individual servings. The small plastic glasses work well. Cover them with foil and load on a tray. Freeze.
Easy to prepare ahead and recommend thawing for an hour before serving. You can also warm it slightly in the microwave but my favorite is to sit and work on it slowly from it's frozen state.
