preheat oven to 170deg celcius/325deg F
oil and line 8 inch tin
cream butter and sugar together
add in the eggs one at a time
fold in the flour (sifted) and cinnamon and mixed spices
add in the fruits and peels
bake for 1.5 hrs
allow to cool and refrigerate
