Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 425? degrees. Grease jelly roll pan, 15-1/2 X 10-1/2 X 1 inch. Stuff fish with Fruit Stuffing. Close openings with skewers or wooden picks if necessary. Place fish in pan. Mix margarine and lemon juice. Drizzle over fish. Bake uncovered 15 to 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. 4 SERVINGS billspa@icanect.net NOTES : To Grill: Grease wire grill. Place stuffed fish on grill. Cover and grill about 4 inches from medium coals 12 to 15 minutes, turning fish once and brushing occasionally with margarine mixture until fish flakes easily with fork.
