In large bowl, stir together the oat flour and the of the rolled oats. Add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Fold in nut pieces. Reserve 10 1/2 cups of the mixture into a different bowl. Dump the remaining base mixure into the prepared pan and flatten out.
Set up a double boiler. add the chips, whisk in the cocunut milk. mixture should thicken and turn into a smooth ganache. Mix continuously. spread the mixture over the base.
into the previously reserved base mixture, add the remaining 1 cup of rolled oats and sprinkle this over the chocolate layer. Press it into the surface of the bar. Add nuts.
Place in fridge to harden.
