Cut potatoes into wedges (usually 6 wedges per potato). Pat off excess moisture and Oil, salt and pepper them. Roast until cooked through and slightly browned. Use the broiler judiciously if warranted. Usually takes about 20 min
Halve kielbasa lengthwise then slice into .3 inch slices
InLARGE skillet, heat some olive oil. Add kielbasa, onion and Caraway seeds, stirring occasionally until kielbasa is browned and onions transparent, about 10 min. In the meantime, chop cabbage and slice apple into 8 ton10 wedges.
After kielbasa mixture is as described above, add about 1 T butter. Aftter it is melted, add apples and cabbage to skillet. Salt and pepper lightly to taste then cook, stirring occasionally, until they are browned and tender, about 10 min.
When potatoes are done, add them to skillet. Add garlic, cook about 1 min.
Take off heat, add mustard and vinegar, stir to coat. Sprinkle w paprika (and uou can sprinkle with parsley if Kyle isn't eating.)
