Suggest a better description-Puree blueberries in food processor until smooth
-Combine water, lemon juice, ginger and water in small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring, until sugar is dissolved.
-Stir syrup into fruit puree, then chill mixture in the fridge until cold, about 4 hrs.
-Pour sorbet into ice cream maker and follow manufacturers instructions.
