Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease 12 x 9 inch baking sheet. Sift flour and salt into large bowl. Stir in yeast. Make a well in the center and add olive oil and 1 cup Luke warm water. Mix until a soft dough is formed. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for 5 minutes or so.
2. Roll out dough. Roll out dough as one large pizza onto baking sheet, or use 1-2 baking sheets for individual, small pizzas. Cover and allow dough to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature, then bake for 5-7 minutes
3. Remove the crust from the oven and spread pizza sauce on top, leaving a 3/4 inch border. arrange the mozzarella (sliced or shredder) on top and add meat or other toppings of choice. Sprinkle with oregano and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and bake until golden, which is around 15-20 minutes
4. Using a pizza cutter (if you have one) or sharp knife, slice pizza (if baked as one whole pizza) into 6 slices. If making individual pizzas, slice as desired. serve hot
5. Preparation (up to 25 minutes). Baking time (20-30 minutes) if you desire crunchy pizza.
