Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 325F. Place the flours, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, spices and butter in the bowl of a food processor. Combine with a few on/off pulses. Add the remaining ingredients. Pulse a few more times, then process for 30 seconds or until the mixture forms a ball. Divide the dough in half and cover half with plastic wrap. Butter a rimless cookie sheet. Dust the dough with flour and roll in out until it covers the entire cookie sheet. Cut the dough into squares lightly down the middle. Prick the dough all over with a fork. Repeat with the other half of the dough and another cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes of until brown and firm to the touch. Cook the crackers on racks.
