1) varme opp ovnen til 170 grader
2) Starte med å sette inn bakepapir inn i form.
3) spe på med et lag med havregryn
4)et lag med knuste nøtter. Her bruker jeg hazzelnøtter, mandler, valnøtter og cashew
5) så linfrø, sesamfrø, chiafrø. Jeg bruker en spiseskje av hver
6) så litt salt og kanel. Jeg elsker kanel
7) en spiseskje kokusnøtt olje. Her kan du også bruke honning. Jeg dropper det. Oljen og honningen er limet til hele blandingen. Så det er bare å blande sammen slik at alt får litt olje/honning.
