Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment. Mix first 7 ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir honey and oil over medium heat till smooth. Pour honey mixture over oat mixture and Ross. Spread on prepared baking sheet. Bake till golden, stir every 10 minutes. Takes about 35 to 40 minutes. Place sheet on rack to cool, mix in dried fruit.
