A classic salad with an amazing homemade dressing. The best part is it lasts for a few days in the refrigerator.
Source: Modified from a recipe received from the Terry Fam
Wash and dry well the lettuce.
Cut in bite size pieces.
Add artichokes and onions which are optional.
Mix well the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl.
Pour over the lettuce.
Mix well, cover, and let set. It is best if set for a couple of hours.
Will keep in the refrigerator nicely for a couple of days.
