In a large bowl, whisk honey, 2 tbsp of oil, 2 tbsp of lemon juice, dash of salt and pepper. Add cabbage, pepper andcorn. Toss to coat. Heat grill to medium high. Rub chicken with remaining tsp of oil, salt and pepper. Grill chicken basting often with remaining lemon juice until cooked through.
Serve with slaw.
