Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs 1 at a time and beat well. Add sour cream and vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet in 3 parts.
Spoon 1/2 batter into the pan.
Sprinkle with 2 T of the cinnamon mix.
Top with remaining batter.
Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon mix
Spread nuts and candy on top.
Sprinkle with a 1/2 stick of melted butter.
Bake at 325 for 45-50 minutes.
Nuts and candy bars go through the cake and come out on top.
