Serve each helping with a scoop of mint sorbet in the middle, and some cream if you like, and decorate the dessert with a few mint leaves. NOTES : It seldom occurs to people to mix herbs with fruit salad, but they improve it enormously; even the smallest touch can make a transformation. This fruit salad is served with a mint sorbet that tastes refreshingly clean on the palate.
