Good, easy, delicious family meal.
Combine flour, salt and pepper in paper bag. Add chicken in small batches and shake gently to coat. Melt butter in heavy skillet. Add chicken and carrot. Increase heat to medium-high and cook, stirring constantly until chicken juices run clear when pricked with fork, about 3 to 5 minutes. Add lemon juice, orange juice and rosemary and stir 2 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Makes 2 servings.
This is best served over rice!
