Air Fryer breakfast Potatoes
Dice potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes, place in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, toss until well coated.
Add mustard, garlic powder, onion powder paprika, salt and pepper. Toss until evenly mixed.
Place in air fryer basket, bake at 400 degrees until golden brown, about 20 minutes, shake basket halfway through.
Serve
Refrigerate leftovers, reheat in an air fryer at 400 degrees for approximately 5 minutes or until heated through.
