Suggest a better description1. Heat the sesame or vegetable oil in a frying pan and add the cucumber, spring onions, tomatoes, chinese leaves or cabbage and the smoked mackerel. Stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes to heat and flavour all the ingredients. Transfer to a warmed serving plate. 2. Quickly mix together the lemon juice, soy sauce and vinegar and pour over the stir fry. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve at once accompanied by the crusty bread. Preparation 10 minutes Cooking 2 minutes.
