Warm wrap on the grill.
On bottom of wrap, spread an even layer of hummus and the sun-dried tomatoes, top with peppers, onion, cucumber, lettuce and tomato
then wrap tightly.
Serve cut in half on a bias.
Serve on a lounge plate with member's choice of side.
