Salmon dish
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray rectangular13 x 9 x 2- inch baking dish with cooking spray. Sprinkle asparagus, onions, 1 1/2 cups of the cheddar cheese and the salmon in baking dish. In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients except cheese until blended. Pour into baking dish. Bake 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining 1 1/2 cups of cheese.
