Add garlic, cumin, coriander, and tomato paste and cook for two minutes.
Transfer meat, carrots, potatoes, broth, wine, salt and pepper to slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes.
Reduce to low and cook 5-6 hours.
