Toss prepared vegetables in olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast for 15-20 minutes in 450 oven. Set aside.
Melt butter in med sauce pan. Add flour cook for a couple minutes. Whisk in milk. Season with salt, pepper, nut meg and cook until thick and bubbly. Set aside
Place one cooked lasagna noodle on a sheet pan. Spoon, cream sauce and marinara sauce on noodle. Top with veg, cooked sausage and cheese. Roll small end to end. Repeat with remaining noodles.
Poor remaining sauces and cheese over top of lasagna. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
