Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Lightly grease large baking dish with butter
3. Take a slice of prosciutto and wrap around tenderloin. Repeat for all tenderloins.
4. Spread a little olive oil on each tender, sprinkle with salt, pepper, thyme
5. Place into oven and bake for 22-25 minutes
Remove chicken from oven, cover with foil and allow to rest for 15 minutes
Slice chicken into thick medallions, dot with dijon
Combine sour cream, Dijon mustard, sea salt flakes and freshly milled pepper to taste (add a small amount of seasoning first, taste, and then add extra if needed)
