Suggest a better description1. Heat two t3aspoons of oil in a deep pot. Brown meat, then set aside.
2. Add a bit more oil, then cook the holity trinity (bell peppers, onion, and celery) with garlic, until softened. Add in seasonings.
3. Pour in tomatoes and chicken broth and bring to a boil. Simmer about 30 minutes, until reduced.
4. Stir in rice and cook until softened.
