Cook meat and all veggies separately.
Mix veggies with cooked meat add spices and additional ingredients.
Sweet potatoes: 350 for 15-18 mins (rotate sheet half way) * do not overcrowd the pan
mix potatoes with garlic, SnP, olive oil
Place 4oz of sweet potatoes to one side / Turkey mix to the other side
