No bake noodles help cut the prep time, and they still taste great!
Preheat oven to 350F
Spray 8x8 Pyrex dish with non stick spray.
In large skillet brown sausage over med-high heat. Drain grease and set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl combine the ricotta cheese, 1 egg, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, basil and oregano.
Spoon about a tablespoon of marinara sauce into the pyrex dish and spread to coat the bottom.
1)Lay two lasagna noodles in the bottom of the dish, spread evenly with a large dollop of the cheese mixture.
2)Spread ground sausage evenly on top of the cheese.
3)Spoon 3-4 Tablespoons of Marninara sauce over the cheese and sausage.
Repeat 1-3 two more times using all of the cheese and sausage.
Lay two more lasagna noodles on top of the final layer.
Pour the remaining sauce from the jar over top of the whole lasagna being sure to push it down the sides and coat evenly.
Sprinkle the top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Spray a sheet of aluminum foil with non-stick spray and cover lasagna.
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for 15 more minutes. Cheese on top should be bubbly and just browned.
