Brown ground beef and sausage and drain grease
Add garlic and spaghetti sauce and water if needed depending on consistency of spaghetti sauce.
Set aside
In bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, 2 cups mozzarella, 1/2 cup Parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper
Spray 9x13 baking dish with non stick spray
Layer as follow:
3/4 cup sauce
3 noodles
1/3 of cottage cheese mix
1/4 of sauce
3 noodles
1/3 cottage cheese mix
1/4 or sauce
3 noodles
Rest of cottage cheese mix
1/4 of sauce
3 noodles
Rest of sauce
Top with rest of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese
Cover with aluminum foil that has been sprayed with non stick, sprayed side down
Heat in 375 oven for 50 minutes
Increase heat to 425, remove foil and continue to back for 10 minutes
Let rest for about 10 minutes before cutting.
