If you get your Romaine or Green Leaf Lettuce from FoodService, they carry the full heads of lettuce.
Please wash All the Lettuce, Veg., and fruit in a mixture of water, salt and white vinegar. For every 3 gal of water use 1 TBSP of Salt, and 1/4 C of white Vinegar. RINSE when finished and spin dry.
DO NOT WASH SPRING MIX if you are using that kind of lettuce. IT WILL BE MUSH IF YOU DO.
