1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place the chicken in a roasting pan.
2. Mix the butter, herbs and garlic together in a small bowl. Pour over chicken coating each piece with sauce. place lemon slices on chicken
3. Roast for 1 hour, rotating your pans in your oven top to bottom,etc., OR until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.AND CHICKEN IS TENDER
4. keep the buttery juices and slices of lemon in pan and spoon sauce over chicken again, just before serving
