Suggest a better description1. Line a loaf tin with baking parchment and pre heat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Tip the yoghurt into a mixing bowl then use the empty pot to measure the rest of the ingredients, add one pot of caster sugar, 1 pot of sunflower oil,3 pots of plain flour, the baking powder and the eggs and whisk until all mixed. Then add the zest and juice of one lemon.
3. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and risen.
4. When the cake is removed from the oven, leave for 5 minutes then, using a skewer, prick the cake all over. Mix 85g of caster sugar and the juice of 1.5 lemons together and pour all over the top of the cake.
5. Leave to cool fully and then serve.
