Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine butter, garlic, lemon juice, black and red pepper, and 1 teaspoon of the salt in a small microwave safe bowl
Microwave on high until melted {one minute}
Cook rice. When done, fluff with fork and stir in 1 tablespoon of the butter mixture
Toss together broccoli, oil, lemon slices and remaining 1/2 teaspoon of salt on rimmed baking sheet
Bake in oven until tender crisp (about 13 minutes)
Arrange shrimp on baking sheet with broccoli. Drizzle with remaining butter mixute.
Return to oven for 5 minutes
Serve with rice.
