Suggest a better description1. Add 1 tablespoon oil to ovenproof skillet heated to medium-high heat Place chicken in skillet, and sear for 2 minutes per side.
2. While chicken cooks, add remaining 2 teaspoons oil, lemon juice, zest, and herbs to blender or small food processor and pulse until well mixed.
3. Place skillet with chicken into a 400 F oven to roast for 8 minutes.
4. Remove skillet from oven, and place chicken on plate. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
5. Pour wine into hot skillet, scraping up any brown bits from bottom of pan. Pour in herb sauce and cook on stovetop for 1 minute more, stirring frequently. Pour sauce over chicken.
