Chicken casserole
Steam chicken in a little water, until done. Remove from bones in large pieces. Cover botton of a large casserole with the broccoli, then put on the chicken. Mix the soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over the casseroled, then sprinkles with the cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes. This is good serve with brown rice and large slices of cranberry sauce.
