Suggest a better descriptionDust chicken in flour and saute in oil till cooked through. Remove chicken from the oil and add onions garlic cook until onions are translucent - do not burn the garlic.Carefully add the bourbon and cook for one minute to cook off the alcohol. Stir in the cream and reduce till slightly thickened. Place chicken on the raw spinach and drizzle the sauce over top.
Serve with Califlower "rice" or Califlower "mashed potatoes"
