Brown ground turkey in skillet, salt and pepper to taste and drain
Add Salsa, seasoning, and cabbage to pan and bring to a low boil
Cover and reduce heat to medical and cook for 10-12 minutes or until cabbage is soft
Turn off heat and mix in cheese until melted (if meal preppping skip this and add cheese once you are heating meal back up)
Garnish if desired with sour cream or green onions
