1. Mix whole wheat flour, stevia, baking soda
2. Mix applesauce, egg whites and vanilla separately
3. Slowly combine
4. Optional add ins: blueberries, or 1 banana & walnuts etc
5. Bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes
