1. Mix ground beef, salt, eggs, bread crumbs and half the sauce until well blended.
2. Mold into one large or two small loaf pans
3. Bake at 350 degreed for 1 1/2 hours for large loaf, about 1 hour for smaller ones.
4. Remove from oven and allow to stand for about 10 minutes. Serve with remaining sauce
Sauce
1. Saute onions in shortening until tender
2. Add soup, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and water. Simmer a few minutes to blend flavors
