2. Form meat mixture into a loaf shape, and place onto a broiler pan. Coat with extra barbecue sauce.
3. Cook at 350 F for 1 hour. Double-check internal temperature with a meat thermometer (should read 160 F).
4. Eat with mashed potatoes.
