Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven 350. Line a baking sheet with foil.
2. In small fry pan, heat oil med-low heat. Add onion, garlic, thyme and cook, stirring, until onion is translucent, about 5 mins. Set aside to cool.
3. In large bowl combine cooled onion mixture with remaining ingredients, except for the meat. When the mixture is well blended, add the meat by hand but do not overwork it.
4. Place the meat mixture on the baking sheet and shape into a 9 x 5 inch loaf. Bake for about 1 hr or until the center reaches 160 Fahrenheit. Let rest for 10 mins before serving.
